What sweet comfort in knowing that God is truly in our midst. He is always present with us. If we don’t feel like He is with us, we can trust in the fact that our walk with God is not one of feeling but of faith. His Word says that He is mighty to save and will rejoice over us with joy. Made in His image, we bring joy to Him. This is so very precious to know that the Lord God Almighty loves us so much that he takes the time to sing over us. How precious is that? When is the last time we sang a song unto the Lord? This is also precious to Him. Whatever we are going through we can know that God is singing a beautiful song over us. He has not forgotten us. He knows what we are going through. We are not alone, God is in the midst of us, and He will save. If you have a broken heart, He is singing sweet songs over you. If you are rejoicing, He is still singing sweet songs over you.
“Father, Thank you for caring enough to take the time to sing over me. Help me to remember that You make beautiful songs for me. Give me a new song to sing to You. You rejoice over me with joy. May I always find delight in You.”
